Welcome to the Colorado Balloon Classic. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Colorado Balloon Classic mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.
The Colorado Balloon Classic is set to enrapture festival lovers once again. Our venue will leave you fascinated, captivated and enthralled. With performances ranging from classic to contemporary, traditional to avant-garde, each act will inspire you to greater heights.
Colorado Balloon Classic The Colorado Balloon Classic was first held in 1977 and has grown to be the largest hot air balloon event in the state. Nobody is immune to the beauty of colorful balloons floating silently through the sky... especially the kids, who can go charmingly quiet for a few precious moments.
